When you book and pay for a cruise, you confirm that:
1. Cancellations by Us
Cancellations are sometimes necessary, due to bad weather, unforeseen vessel malfunction or maintenance, or skipper sickness or injury.Usually, we’ll let you know at least 2 days prior to your cruise date, though it could be less. One of these unlikely events could even occur while on your cruise.
We apologise sincerely should a cancellation need to be made. If we cancel your booking or terminate your cruise prematurely due to one of these events, a full refund will be given, or we can rebook you to another day.If we cancel the booking or terminate a cruise early due to illegal behaviour, excessive alcohol, smoking or illicit drugs, there will be no refund.
2. Cancellations by the Customer
You don’t need to give us a reason to cancel, you might just want to defer your cruise to a sunnier day. However, our cancellation policy is:
You and your co-passenger understand and agree:
Yes, we keep a record of the information you provide, for marine compliance purposes and so we can provide a tailored service to you on your cruise day.
No, we don’t hold any financial information at all. Your booking payment goes through an Australian-wide and trusted third party and they just send us the money.
Any refunds we pay back to you, such as for cancellations, simply go through a reversal of that payment process.
